How would you choose to live your life if you had only ninety days left to live it? Would you do things differently? People who've received such a diagnosis will invariably say that viscerally understanding what we all essentially know but do not directly relate to, definitely affects the choices they make in their final days. Imagining that you have received such a diagnosis is where we will begin our work.
We will explore your current physical, practical, spiritual, emotional, and mental needs and desires, with end-of-life transition time as the impetus for this work. While contemplating a graceful passage away from this world when that time draws near may seem like an unlikely practice to awaken joy, I invite you to consider that learning to live fully as though each moment might be your finest and your last, is powerful motivation to live joyfully!
The unspoken specter of our mortality may inform our every waking moment, while living silently in our hearts. Deep longing for the unknown and unnamed, and bereavement for that which has been lost often go hand in hand. Acknowledging our impermanent nature each moment of each day reflects life as ever more vivid, ever more sublime. We begin to see and navigate the world with the fresh eyes of pure experience.
This is potent, essential work for body, mind and spirit. With deep compassion, using pure listening skills, I will facilitate toy as you open your heart, especially to those realms that frighten you, and unconsciously nurture reluctance, resistance, and inertia. We will use tools of reflective self-inquiry, journaling, compassionate conversation, mindfulness practice, goal-setting, advice on planning and family sharing, and re-discovering your own nourishing gifts of creative expression.
It is my honor to facilitate this process with you. When we've completed our time together, you will be presented with A Gift of Ninety Days Map for moving forward, beginning with your current reality, moving through mutually agreed-upon markers/action steps toward the 'end-goal' of bringing your envisioned highest living reality to fruition, and sharing the gift of your courageous journey with your loved ones as an end-of-life planning tool.
We will explore together during six 60-minute sessions via Zoom. Included are weekly emailed re-caps of each session to help keep you on track, inspirational pointers intuited from our sessions, and preparation of your unique A Gift of Ninety Days Map. Your investment: $333.

A Gift of Ninety Days had a sense of sacredness as Analisa guided me through the questions. We explored what my wishes and desires would be when the time comes for my soul to leave this body, that continues to serve me well. It was a gentle flow from one exploration to the next, with a progression that deepened my looking and feeling inward, which revealed a truth for me. There were tears of realization that touched my heart in a self-loving way. Analisa listens from her heart and is guided from that place of gifted openness, extending a holding that allows this process to have the lovely quality of the sacred in each moment. I AM grateful ---JoAnne Palladino, Colorado

I entered my experience with Analisa unknowing, but she led me along a path of inquiry and reflection about my wishes around my death. I found it good to talk about one’s death and one’s wishes. There is so little opportunity in this life of ours to speak of this ever-present reality of death, that remains unspoken. So I was grateful after we finished to be encouraged in my reflection, and to be heard. Knowing that during the service, after my death, my loved ones would know I was thinking of them and smiling brought a sense of wholeness. At the best funeral I've attended recently of a dear friend, he had written a joke that was delivered from the pulpit. He had a phone ring under the pulpit, his brother picked it up, and said “yes, yes, I am speaking at a funeral, oh, he said, Bill wants us to know he got there alright.” We all laughed and left with a warm feeling, that was so like Bill. That is what we all want to leave our loved ones with, a warm feeling that we cared enough for them to plan. I so recommend Analisa's work. ---Lynne Parsons, North Carolina _______________________
A Gift of Ninety Days to be very comprehensive in reviewing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual domains of my life, as I enter my 7th decade. It helped me to determine if there are any unresolved issues that must be addressed before I die. It also validated that I've done a lot of personal work towards feeling at peace with my life and my readiness to die a peaceful death. The session on being prepared for death and making your wishes known for all aspects of the death process - this was very good. Analisa is a very good listener and is great at reflecting and summarizing. I highly recommend this process for anyone who wants to have a comprehensive life review and to make proper preparations for end of life. ---Worth Bodie, North Carolina
