Step One: In a complimentary thirty-minute phone consult, we’ll assess your needs, timing, and current life situation. Questions about my services will be answered and an agreement for services can be made at this time.
Step Two: In a home or virtual visit, we’ll discuss basic goals, including identifying the physical space for safety, comfort and limitations. We will set measures in place for coordinating efforts among hospice care teams, family members and other care partners.
If end-of-life planning is not in place or needs updating, we can begin the best 3 months care planning tool, which is expected to take approximately fifteen hours, including time for me to create your vision map and discussion time with family members. This tool can easily translate into your last & living Wills, funeral planning, and legacy wills.
